Six militants killed in Afghan airstrike

Six militants were killed in a drone attack in Afghanistan's Kunar province, police said on Saturday.

"Acting on a tip-off, an unmanned plane of the coalition forces conducted an airstrike in Chogan locality of Shegal district late Friday, killing six Taliban insurgents," a senior police officer told Xinhua news agency.
