Sonakshi Sinha has often faced criticism for her voluptuous frame but her brother, actor Luv, questions why other "more overweight" people are ignored.

"She (Sonakshi) is a hardworking girl. In our industry why do we only talk about few people and ignore those who are even more overweight," Luv said in a conversation with IANS.

He does not believe that a few extra inches are a "flaw".

"Is it compulsory that each and everyone should be stick thin and start fainting on sets? I appreciate beauty in all different forms.

"It's good to see the change...women who are not stick thin. Sona (Sonakshi) is actually thin compared to other actresses (without mentioning the names). The audience loves her and has accepted her the way she is," he added.

Luv debuted as an actor with "Sadiyaan", and will now be seen in Umesh Shukla's next.

Meanwhile Sonakshi, who has worked in the "Dabangg" series and films like "Son of Sardaar", is gearing up for her next release "R...Rajkumar".

Shoojit to seek marketing advice from John

Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar believes his "Madras Cafe" actor and producer John Abraham is a "marketing genius". So he is looking forward to taking some tips from him for his own production venture "Running Shaadi.com".

"John is a marketing genius. He knows how to market his film smartly. Now that I have worked with John in 'Vicky Donor' and 'Madras Cafe', I have got to know a few things about marketing, but I am not as good at it as John," Sircar told IANS.

"I will indeed take marketing advice from John for my film and he is always there for me," he added.

"Running Shaadi.com" features Amit Sadh and Taapsee Pannu.
