After playing a simple and modest girl in "Navya", small screen actress Soumya Seth will be seen as a strong-willed Muslim girl in an upcoming episode of TV show "Yeh Hai Aashiqui".
The actress will essay the female protagonist Sara, who falls in love with Prabal, played by actor Karan Sharma, against their families wishes.
Soumya says she couldn't refuse it because of the script and her character.
"When I first read the script, my instant reaction was 'Wow!'. The story was very well written and post-narration, I could easily visualise my character Sara. Although initially I was bit reluctant on doing an episodic, but the character was so strong that I just could not refuse," Soumya said in a statement.
"Since the time 'Yeh Hai Aashiqui' has launched personally, I completely fell in love with the show. I love the way extraordinary love stories are narrated and today being a part of this show, gives me immense pleasure," Soumya added.
The episode will air Sunday on Bindass. The show narrates unusual love stories episode after episode.

Kushal wishes for Gauhar!
"Bigg Boss-Saath 7" seems to be getting its first love story already! Actors Kushal Tandon and Gauhar Khan seem to be cosying up to each other and they are said to have started sharing a good chemistry.
Both of them are contestants in the ongoing season of reality show "Bigg Boss", which also features 13 other celebrities locked inside an isolated house for 105 days.
The contestants have to stay there with a regulated supply of food, but "Bigg Boss" has installed a wishing wall in the heaven side of the house, where the heaven inmates can make a wish. Depending on what a contestant wishes for, "Bigg Boss" has the choice to make their wish come true.
When Kushal got transferred to the heaven side Thursday, he had a special wish - he asked for Gauhar!
The duo is seen spending time together, and they have been supporting each other in every move during the show.
Now, what's left to see is if "Bigg Boss" will be able to make Kushal's wish come true or not.
The other inmates in the "Bigg Boss" house are - VJ Andy, Pratyusha Banerjee, Apoorva Agnihotri and wife Shilpa Agnihotri, Tanisha Mukherjee, Ratan Rajput, Kamya Punjabi, Rajat Rawail, Armaan Kohli, Anita Advani, Sangram Singh and Eli Avaram. Model Asif Azim joined them as a wild card entry Thursday.
"Bigg Boss - Saath 7" airs on Colors.
