President Pranab Mukherjee Monday said that the government will "popularise" sports and will launch a "national sports talent search system."
"The government will launch a national sports talent search system for the development of sports and sports will be popularised in educational institutions," the president said while addressing the joint session of both houses of parliament to outline the agenda of the Narendra Modi government.
He said incentives will also be given to popularise sports.
