Spurs defeat Blazers for 2-0 lead

The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 114-97 to take a 2-0 lead in the NBA Western Conference semi-final series.

Kawhi Leonard made 20 points for the Spurs while Tony Parker finished with 16 points and 10 assists. Manu Ginobili added 16 points and Tiago Splitter got 10 points and 10 rebounds Thursday, reports Xinhua.

Nicolas Batum scored a game-high 21 points for the Trail Blazers and Damian Lillard made 19. LaMarcus Aldridge added 16 points and 10 rebounds.
