Superstar Shah Rukh Khan says he is "shy" about eating in front of too many people.

As the actor has to keep himself fit and healthy, he also ensures he has a nutritious diet.

"Grilled chicken, sprouts, broccoli and dal (lentil) are a part of my daily diet," Shah Rukh said in an interaction for live video streaming and broadcasting destination #fame.

"I am shy and do not like eating in front of too many people. Even If I am going to a party, I eat home cooked food. Whenever I am invited to a friend's place, I have all kinds of food that is served to me," added the 'Badshah' of Bollywood.

The actor advised his fans to indulge in some form of sports for an hour every day to stay fit. He also said: "Eat in moderation and sit down to eat."

According to Shah Rukh, posture can really help in proper digestion and reduce consumption of food.

Except theme, 'Dangal', 'Sultan' have no similarity: Producer

Siddharth Roy Kapur, one of the producers of Aamir Khan starrer "Dangal", says there's no similarity between the movie and Salman Khan's "Sultan" except the theme of wrestling.

"There are no similarities between two movies except the theme of wrestling. 'Sultan' is a superb film, but 'Dangal' is also a great film. And both films are very different from each other," Kapur said here.

"Sultan" revolves around the story of an underdog wrestler, capturing how a once-upon-a-time champion wrestler bites the dust only to return with full force. Whereas, "Dangal" is based on a real life wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, who lives his dream of representing the country through his daughter's victories.

"I'm feeling very proud of 'Dangal'," added the producer, who is also confident about his other project "Jagga Jasoos".
