Donald Sterling, the embattled Los Angeles Clippers owner, has hired investigators to probe fellow team owners and league officials, including NBA commissioner Adam Silver, media reported.
According to the US media Friday, Donald has hired four high level firms to look into Adam Silver and the other 29 club owners, reported Xinhua.
Sterling's attorney Bobby Samini said Donald wanted to see the NBA's history of dealing with discrimination and to prove by cases that Silver has been working for a hypocritical league with discrimination on gender and races.
Donald has been fined the maximum $2.5 million and banned for life by the NBA over racist comments in private conversation, made public later, with his ex-girlfriend. The league tries to force a $2 billion sale of the club while Donald insists in pursuing lawsuit.
