Actors Gunjan Malhotra and Naveen Kasturia, who have featured together in YouTube film "Half Ticket", say the story -- which captures inhibitions of total strangers who have to get to know one another -- got them interested in the project.

The movie, on Ultra Shorts -- a platform for short films -- revolves around Ayaan and Rhea, and is based on the pretext that love can happen in mysterious ways and you have no control over it. You might find 'the one' where you least expect them and sometimes destiny plays a huge role in bringing the two together -- and "Half Ticket" depicts the same journey.

Gunjan said in a statement: "The story is what got me excited. It is such a refreshing take on boy meets girl stories and a real one. This could happen to anyone and that is the beauty of it. You don't know what happens after they meet again at the end of the night. But you really want them to go with the flow and stay together."

Added Naveen: "I believe in fate. You really can't predict where and how you connect with people, when random strangers meet and hit it off. And it is rare for them to meet again. Everyone wants this to happen to them. That is why so many people could connect to the story. It is simple and magical at the same time. It was wonderful working on 'Half Ticket'."
