International NGO Sulabh International will host a three-day International Toilet Festival here to create awareness about toilets among the citizens.
The festival that starts Nov 18 will see the convergence of 1,000 students from six countries who will form a human chain carrying a toilet pot on their head as part of pledge for "Toilet for All by 2019" to mark the momentous occasion in line with the Narendra Modi government's "Swachh Bharat" campaign.
"Around 2,000 people associated with the sanitation sector will take part in this festival," said a statement from Sulabh International.
"Foundation of first degree-level college on sanitation will also be laid in the national capital to further boost this subject," added the statement.
