Megastar Amitabh Bachchan Saturday launched hugely-popular TV game show "Kaun Banega Crorepati 8" (KBC) in this Gujarat city and also played 'fastest finger first' with 10 randomly selected contestants. Local girl Deepa Jagtiani won and got a chance to play the game.
"Unbelievable that I am standing with you," said an overwhelmed Deepa, who helps her brother in his business, told Big B.
The launch episode of the knowledge-based show has been uniquely shot live amidst Surat
residents and will be telecast on Sony Entertainment Television soon.
The prize money is Rs.7 crore this year and the "Don" star tagged it "Kaun Banega Mahacrorepati".
