Swansea City made official on Friday the sale of Italian striker Alberto Paloschi to Atalanta, only six months after his arrival at the English football club.

The 26-year-old, who was signed last January for eight million pounds ($11.4 million) from Chievo Verona, leaves the club with a poor record of only two goals in ten games, reports Efe.

The transfer, which will be effective on July 1 when the window opens, saves Swansea around five million pounds ($7.1 million).
