Tata Motors domestic sales up 58%

Automobile manufacturer Tata Motors on Friday reported an exponential rise in domestic sales for November on the back new product offerings.

According to the company, its November domestic passenger and commercial vehicle sales rose by 58 per cent to 52,464 units.

However, the company's exports during the month under review declined by 12 per cent to 4,927 units shipped out due to a drop in volume in key commercial vehicles international business markets such as Nepal and Sri Lanka.
