Singer Taylor Swift has reportedly purchased two new penthouses here for $20 million from director Peter Jackson.
The 24-year-old sparked rumours she quietly bought "Lord Of The Rings" director's lavish apartments in the TriBeCa area, after being spotted going in and out of the building regularly in recent days, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
A source said that Swift began looking for a house here in January and recently removal men were seen getting furniture into the building.
Jackson put his apartments in the 11-unit building on the market last May for $20 million and, according to official property records, he sold them to a mystery buyer last month.
