The house used in the American TV series "The O.C." has now been put up for sale for a whopping 6.25 million pounds.
It is the luxury property where Chrismukkah celebrations were held, explosive family rows caused chaos and the characters, and Ryan Atwood and Marissa Cooper fell in love, reports mirror.co.uk.
Fans of the teen drama, which ended after four series in 2007, are being given the chance to live in the Malibu property where the cast resided in the show.
The villa, which is 6,736 sq ft in size, has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a sun-room, library and office.
Those who watched the show religiously will be glad to know the kitchen and living room have not changed much.
