Three siblings, aged between six to 10, drowned in a lake in Madhya Pradesh's Hoshangabad district, police said.
Local resident Chandan Thakur complained on Monday evening that his three children - two daughters and a son - had not returned home and a search was undertaken, Sohagpur police station's in-charge Rajendra Barman told IANS.
After clothes of the three children were found near a lake in Kamthi village forest area, it was searched by villagers and the bodies found underwater, he said, adding it is suspected that the children might have drowned while bathing.
