Dhaka, April 24 (IANS) At least three people were killed after an eight-storeyed building on the outskirts of capital Dhaka collapsed Wednesday.
"Three bodies have so far been recovered," Nilufar Yasmin, a fire service official, told Xinhua.
She said the building collapsed around 9 a.m. It housed a readymade garments factory, a bank's branch and shops.
Army personnel were called in to help in the rescue effort.
