At least three people were killed and two injured during a US drone strike in Pakistan's restive north Waziristan tribal region, a media report said Thursday.
The drone fired missiles at a vehicle in the Loman area of Dattakhel tehsil, Dawn online reported.
Thursday's strike is the fifth consecutive drone attack in the last five days, as the US-led drone campaign targeted suspected militants and their hideouts in north and south Waziristan near the Afghan border.
North Waziristan is one of Pakistan's seven tribal districts that are rife with insurgency and are supposed to be strongholds of Taliban and Al Qaeda operatives.
