The first phase of ticket sales for Grammy Award winning British singer Ed Sheeran's India gig will go live in July with base price tickets starting at Rs 4,750.
The concert, which is part of the Asian leg of his world tour to support his third studio album "÷ (Divide)", released on March 3, will take place at the JioGarden at BKC here on November 19.
International concert promoters AEG Presents and PR Worldwide have collaborated with online entertainment ticketing platform BookMyShow for the gig. The tickets will be made available on the site exclusively, read a statement.
Registration for concert tickets will commence from July 4, and tickets will go on sale to registered customers from July 12.
Kunal Khambhati, Head - Live Events and IP, BookMyShow said: "We look forward to welcoming Ed Sheeran and are committed to ensure that the event is a phenomenal success."
Besides Mumbai, Sheeran will also perform in Taipei, Osaka, Seoul, Tokyo and Bangkok.
This will not be Sheeran's maiden India visit as he earlier performed in Mumbai in March 2015. Sheeran is currently receiving rave reviews for his new single "Shape of you".
