Tickets sale started Monday in the rail terminal's box office in Sochi, the venue of the 2014 Winter Olympics, Xinhua reported.
According to the organisers, the tickets could be bought until March 16, the final day of Paralympic Games, on prices similar to the online prices.
Ticket prices vary from 500 rubles (about $16) for the ice hockey group games and up to 50,000 rubles (over $1,600) for the opening ceremony.
Sochi Olympics are to take place from Feb 7-23, 2014 with 98 medal events featured.
