Two porters working for the Indian Army were injured in a landmine blast on Sunday near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district, police said.
"Two local porters working for the army were injured in a landmine blast when they were repairing the fence along the LoC in Keran sector," a police officer told IANS in Srinagar.
Both the injured were admitted to a hospital, where doctors said one of them had sustained critical injuries.
The fence along the LoC to prevent infiltration often gets damaged due to heavy snowfall in winter.
