: Two bodies were found in two trains in Ranchi district on Wednesday, police said.
According to police, the body of an elderly person was recovered from a train on the Hatia-Malda route. Another body of a girl was found on a different train at the Hatia railway station, which is the terminal point for several trains.
The bodies have been sent for postmortem. The police are trying to ascertain the identities of the two individuals.
Police suspect that the girl could have been murdered, as some injury marks have been spotted on her body.
Meanwhile, in a different incident, Sonali Murmu, a Bachelor of Education student, was allegedly murdered near her college in Ramgarh district by unidentified persons who slit her throat.
