At least two policemen were killed Monday when Taliban gunmen and suicide bombers attacked a government building in Afghanistan, an official said.

"Militants attacked the directorate of justice's office in Jalalabad at 9.45 a.m., where two policemen were killed at the gate. The clash still continues," the official told Xinhua.

The clash followed a bomb blast near Jalalabad city fire department, which injured six people, including four civilians in the city.
