Two juveniles were detained on Sunday morning in connection with the gang-rape of a toddler in Delhi's Nangloi area, a police official said.
The two-and-a-half-year-old was kidnapped from outside her home and raped by two men following a power-cut in the area. She was found at a nearby park early Saturday.
The victim was rushed to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital where she is undergoing treatment.
