Cement major UltraTech Cement Ltd closed last fiscal with a net profit of Rs.2,015 crore, down from Rs.2,144 crore net profit earned during the previous fiscal, the company said on Saturday.
In a statement, UltraTech Cement said the net sales for 2014-15 were Rs.22,656 crore up from Rs.20,078 crore posted during 2013-14.
The company board has recommended a dividend of 90 percent, at the rate of Rs.9 per share of face value of Rs.10 each aggregating Rs.246.96 crore.
