Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Aditya Nath Yogi on Saturday said all roads in the state will be free of potholes by June 15.
The 44-year-old leader made the announcement at his first public speech here after taking oath as the Chief Minister on March 19.
"I have met the PWD (Public Works Department) officials and asked them to make all roads in the state pothole-free by June 15," the Chief Minister said.
He made several other announcements in his almost 25-minute speech in his constituency from where he has been elected to the Lok Sabha since 1998.
