Uruguay will face Colombia in the South American Qualifying Tournament towards Russia 2018 without key players.
The game, which will be played at Montevideo's Centenario Stadium, will not have Uruguayan stars Luis Suares and Edinson Cavani, reported Xinhua.
Coach of Uruguay, Oscar Tabarez, made several changes to overcome the absences. Both the Uruguayan and the Colombian teams held close-door training sessions on Monday.
Nestor Pekerman, coach of the Colombian squad, showed great respects for the Uruguayan team, saying that historically they have proved to be a winning team.
Colombian player Freddy Guarin believes that Uruguay is a tough team with great physical and mental strength, and "they have not lost any ball yet".
In the first match of the tournament, Colombia defeated Peru and Uruguay won against Bolivia.
