Usha Shriram on Wednesday announced its partnership with Videotex International to manufacture and market LED TVs in India.
Videotex International will look over manufacturing, sales, marketing and servicing under the Usha Shriram brand.
Usha Shriram will soon unveil an innovative portfolio of LED TVs based on a brand new technology, the company said in a statement.
Videotex International manufactures TV sets indigenously at its own fully automated plant in Greater Noida.
"The partnership will also help us compete with other contemporary brands in the market and assist us in adding more resources to our already existing talent bank," said Vinay Bajaj, Founder, Videotex International, in a statement.
Videotex will also play an integral part for go-to-market strategy for Usha Shriram's multi-media speakers, the company said.
