Uttarakhand Congress chief Kishore Upadhyay on Sunday said he had met the party's poll strategist Prashant Kishor to discuss the election strategy for the upcoming assembly elections polls in the hill state.
"We discussed strategy for the upcoming assembly elections in the state. The meetings will keep happening," Upadhyay told IANS.
He also said suggestions for candidates for the 70 assembly seats have been given to the party leadership. However, the final decision will be taken by the Central Election Committee.
The Congress's state secretary Vinod Chauhan under the leadership of state Vice President Jot Singh Bisht will coordinate with Prashant Kishor, he added.
