Vietnam beat Australia in volleyball

Hosts Vietnam beat Australia 3-0 on the second day of the 10th international women's volleyball tournament, the VTV Eximbank Cup, here Sunday.

With results of 25-15, 25-16, 25-15 Vietnam outclassed Australia, reports Xinhua.

Earlier, China's Shandong province beat Thailand 3-1 while Jiangsu beat Kazakhstan 3-0.

The VTV Eximbank Cup is being held July 13-20 with the participation of six teams from Australia, China, Kazakhstan, Thailand and Vietnam.
