Filmmaker A.R Murugadoss's upcoming Tamil actioner with actor Vijay has been titled "Kaththi", which is slated to hit the marquee this Diwali.
"Happy and delighted to announce the title of my project with Ilaiyathalapathy Vijay -'Kaththi'," Murugadoss tweeted on Monday.
This is the second time Murugadoss and Vijay have teamed after the success of 2012 film "Thuppakki", which has been remade in Hindi as "Holiday".
"Kaththi", which features Samantha Ruth Prabhu as female lead, will mark the Tamil debut of Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh in a negative role.
The film's shooting is currently underway in Hyderabad.
