The CBI will on Monday commence probing Madhya Pradesh's recruitment scam -- which has seen the death under mysterious circumstances of over 40 people connected to it, sources said.
Sources said the Special Task Force (STF), which was earlier looking into the scam in the Madhya Pradesh Vyavsayik Pareeksha Mandal (or Vyapam), will submit to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) around 10 tonnes -- or two truckloads -- of documents related to the case.
The Supreme Court recently handed over the investigation to the CBI.
CBI officials are expected to reach Bhopal on Monday, sources said.
Around 2,100 people have been arrested in the Vyapam scam, and at least 491 accused are absconding.
