Reliance Communications (RCOM) on Wednesday said it did not receive any notice from the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) regarding an appeal by Manipal Technologies over dues of Rs 2.74 crore.
"The company has not received any notice from National Company Law Appellate Tribunal... Upon receipt of any such notice, the company will contest said application before the appropriate authority," the statement said.
Earlier Manipal Technologies had approached National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in August seeking dues of Rs 2.74 crore from RCOM.
RCOM had on September 14, 2017 approached NCLT which had dismissed Manipal Technologies petition finding no merit in the case.
Then Manipal Technologies approached the NCLAT challenging the NCLT order.
