Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has warned his teammates as well as their Serie A rivals saying they "are nobody and achieved nothing yet" after beating AS Roma for the 11th consecutive victory in the Italian football league.
Pogba on Sunday provided the pass for Paulo Dybala to score the only goal in their 1-0 win at the Juventus Stadium. With the win, Massimilano Allegri's boys are four points clear of third placed Inter Milan and Fiorentina, just two behind leaders Napoli.
They are on track to defend their title despite a poor start to the season that saw them lying at the 12th spot with four losses and three draws in the first 10 matches.
However, Pogba, the French international, urged his team to continue the good work and similarly, sent a warning to the rivals.
"We need to continue playing with this kind of character, humility and determination to win. Napoli are going very well at present, but we're just concentrating on ourselves for now, then we'll see where that takes us," Pogba told juventus.com.
"Let's not forget that at the start of the season people said we were Serie B players, that we couldn't play football," the former Manchester United player said.
"Now we are doing much better, but we are still nobody, we've achieved nothing, we are not top of the table and therefore we must continue like this."
Pogba was also asked about his new leopard-print hairstyle.
"You know I like to do these things, they're fun," the 22-year-old said.
