Los Angeles, April 26 (IANS) Hollywood actor Vincent Kartheiser said he had no idea who actress Alexis Bledel was when they first met.
Although Bledel is known for playing Rory Gilmore on long running drama "Gilmore Girls", Kartheiser admitted he wasn't familiar with the show and had never heard of Bledel before meeting her on the set of "Mad Men".
Kartheiser and Bledel announced their engagement in March this year and friends believe the former was interested in Bledel from the first moment he saw her.
"I never watched the show. In fact, when I met her, I didn't know who she was," contactmusic.com quoted Kartheiser as saying.
However, a source said: "Kartheiser basically fell in love with Bledel while she filmed a three-episode cameo. He was definitely smitten with her from the beginning."
