Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) lawmaker Bhagwant Mann, who is facing flak for posting a video of security arrangements inside Parliament, said on Friday if the Speaker asks him to apologise he will do so.

"If (Lok Sabha) speaker asks, then I am ready to apologise," Mann told reporters.

Mann reiterated that he did not do anything wrong.

Meanwhile, notice of privilege against Mann has been given to Lok Sabha Speaker by BJP members Maheish Giri and Kirit Somaiya.

Mann, who on Thursday had said he would shoot such a video again on Friday, asserted his intention was to show the inside proceedings of the House and how questions are selected through a lucky draw.

Mann on Thursday shot a video clip of his journey from home to Parliament House, passing various security check points, and live streamed it on Facebook, drawing flak from MPs for putting Parliament security at risk.

In the video, Mann is heard providing a running commentary of his journey to the Parliament building. "I'll today show you something you would not have seen earlier," Mann said at the start of the video.

Inside the Parliament premises, he goes into the room where the process of selection of questions for the Zero Hour is done. As he describes the process, a security official is heard telling him not to take photographs. "I'll not take photo... will maintain confidentiality," Mann says in his reply.

In the video, he says the process is entirely transparent and shows how the lucky draw is carried out to select the questions. At one point, he is also heard saying, "It is going live."

Hitting out at Mann, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, "One should not play with the security of Parliament. Making such videos viral is not the right thing to do."
