The decomposed body of a woman was recovered from her rented accommodation here, police said Wednesday. Police suspect the woman was murdered by her live-in partner.
The body of Seema, aged around 30, was recovered at south Delhi's Neb Sarai area after her landlord informed police about some foul smell emanating from her room.
Police said the room was locked from outside since Sep 15.
Police suspect that the woman was smothered to death by her live-in partner Pankaj, who was absconding.
The house owner rented out the room to the couple eight months ago.
