If all goes as planned, the cast of "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai", including lead actors Karan Mehra and Hina Khan, will head to Hong Kong to shoot a sequence for the popular TV series.
It could be the third foreign sojourn of the cast as they have earlier shot in Bangkok and Cape Town.
"The show will have Naksh (played by Rohan Mehra) getting married to the girl, who will be entering the show as his friend. Naitik (Karan) and Akshara (Hina) will be seen rekindling their romance in Hong Kong in the sequence as well," said a source.
The show's production house is yet to zero in on the actress who will essay the girl who will get engaged to the character Naksh.
The sequence of the Star Plus show is likely to go on air in October.
