Zambia netball head coach Pauline Msombo has picked a 22-member provisional team for the 2015 World Netball Championship to be played in Australia.
According to a list released by the Netball Association of Zambia, the team will commence preparations next week ahead of the tournament which is expected to be held Aug 7-15 next year, reports Xinhua.
The association said the team comprises both junior and senior players and that the list has already been submitted to the organisers.
Zambia have been drawn in Group D at the World Championship with Uganda, Fiji and Wales. The other teams qualified for the world event are New Zealand, England, Jamaica, Malawi, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Samoa, Scotland, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Singapore and hosts Australia.
