A cutting line

Every MTNL press conference at some point turns into a public grievance cell. At the launch of MTNL’s prepaid 3G services the media was at it again, making the usual complaints about connections that did not work. One reporter whined that the free phone for the press at the MTNL’s Khurshid Lal Bhawan office was not working. At this, a clearly exasperated RSP Sinha, MTNL CMD shot back: “You can use other service providers; our service will not be resumed.”
