Attendance register

Under attack from the Opposition on various issues, the Congress is going all out to ensure that Cabinet ministers from the party are present in Parliament to defend its policies. So much so that the parliamentary affairs ministry has prepared a roster of Congress ministers who have to attend both Houses for two-hour blocks, to ensure that at least two party ministers are present at any given time during the session.
