The Bharatiya Janata Party has asked ace Bollywood film director Madhur Bhandarkar to help them make a 20-minute CD on the state of affairs in Jammu and Kashmir since India became independent. BJP leaders believe Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister, was responsible for the Kashmir problem. The idea behind making the CD is to make the present generation in BJP aware of the Kashmir problem in detail. The party president Nitin Gadkari is also trying to persuade LK Advani to write a book on the Kashmir problem to make use of his experience in political life.
