Petroleum Minister Murli Deora chose the town of Laxmangarh in Rajasthan to launch the Rajiv Gandhi Grameen LPG Vitrak Yojana on Sunday. Since it was also his hometown, his wife, sons and daughter-in-law were also present. While the organisers had fixed to have the function in the town’s best school, Deora decided to go the whole hog and asked that the function be held in the school he studied in. The organisers had a tough time arranging this at a short notice but managed to pull it off.
