Letters: Find out the truth

 In a statement, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley recalled that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set an example of propriety in public life by asking all members of Parliament, state Assemblies and legislative councils of the Bharatiya Janata Party to submit their bank account details post demonetisation. Modi has urged members of other parties to do the same.
 
A few leaders of the Opposition and a section of citizens are of the opinion that the knowledge of demonetisation was shared selectively with some. What is the truth? Jaitley should impel members of Parliament, state Assemblies and legislative councils to submit their bank account details from January 1 to December 31.
