This refers to Mihir S Sharma’s column “RWAs’ hero” (Policy Rules, October 9). Activists like Arvind Kejriwal can only highlight issues. They are ordinary citizens with no power or access to all the information, evidence or proof. It is up to the authorities to carry out investigations and see if there is any wrongdoing. But this is where the major problem lies, especially when powerful vested interests are involved. So, while the Kejriwals may appear to be only throwing up problems, the solution is obvious — improve governance. And for that, political will is necessary.
