Modi, during his recent visits, asked the second rung to give him a guided tour of the preparations made for various functions such as the ceremony to launch the party's manifesto or the "chai pe charcha" events. During these visits, Modi went into the nitty-gritty, suggesting several improvements that increased the burden on the party workers.
