Recently, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, the stock market's best-known bull, was on a jury to award the companies that presented their financial reports well. He was happy to answer questions on accounting standards but declined to say anything about his investments. When a persistent TV reporter continued to pester him on the subject, he retorted, “Ask my wife, she handles it,” and walked off. Though Rekha Jhunjhunwala is not as active as her husband, she is a partner in Rare Enterprises, the Jhunjhunwala family firm. She is also a co-investor in a number of companies his husband has picked over the years.
