Neither the current Law Minister Salman Khursheed nor the Environment Minister Jayanthi Natarajan were mentioned in these cards that were distributed a day before the two-day conference that started on July 23. The invitation was specifically for the valedictory session at which Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was chief guest.
