In the run-up to the Delhi Assembly elections, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal is back to using guerrilla warfare tactics to harry his party opponents. On Wednesday, he alleged that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Delhi unit president Satish Upadhyay and vice-president Ashish Sood had shares in companies that installed electricity meters for private power distribution companies in Delhi. He also claimed that "disclosures" against the two were provided to him by somebody inside the BJP. The last remark seemed to have had the desired impact. BJP's Delhi unit leaders and workers were busy speculating about the possible identity of the discontented local leader who had turned the proverbial Vibhishana. Conjectures centred on a top state unit leader, a Delhi leader's son and a former mayor.
