Congress women workers on Tuesday staged a protest against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal outside his residence, seeking his resignation for not fulfilling the promise to make Delhi safe.
Former Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief Barkha Singh led the protest.
"Kejriwal has failed to fulfil his promises of making Delhi safe for women. He promised to install CCTV cameras and guards in every bus, but nothing has been done till date," she said.
"The crime in the national capital is increasing. It is no more safe for women and the government has failed to come up to the expectations," one of the protesters said.
