Five killed, 50 injured in Patna blasts

The blasts took place a few minutes before Narendra Modi's rally started in Patna

Five people were killed and nearly 50 injured as seven low intensity bombs exploded here Sunday, including six in and around the venue of BJP leader Narendra Modi's rally, police said.

Doctors at the Patna Medical College and Hospital, where all the injured have been admitted, also confirmed the death of the five in the serial explosions.
